A new colour features the Phantom F12 R 50cc, enhancing its dynamic and young design: it's a bright yellow tone.
PHANTOM F12 R is the most celebrated scooter among all teenagers, a scooter that is not only a simple "mean of transport". This new yellow tone highlights the sporty design of the Phantom.
The Phantom F12 R is available with a liquid cooled engine or an air cooled engine, both assuring high performance in city traffic.
NEW AIR COOLED MODEL - BETTER PERFORMANCE
The new powerful 50cc AC engine grants better performance thanks also to the sporty upside down exhaust, which already fits the LC model.
A major plus point is the light weight, 93 kg for the air cooled model and 96 kg for the liquid one. The ideal scooter for the young people who want to distinguish, moving in freedom and safely in the urban traffic and enjoying their free time.
50CC - XTM ENDURO/ XSM SUPERMOTARD - NEW COLOURS
Starting from 2010 the two 50cc Malaguti motorcycles will be available in a couple of new colours:
- XTM 50cc: white - orange/black
- XSM 50cc: white - orange/black
The new modern graphics assure a more prestigious look than ever, and far more attractive for the youngsters.
These light and easy-to-ride vehicles offer very good performances on the road and are also ideal for off-road use, thanks to the 36 mm tele-hydraulic fork and the rear swinging arm, made out of a rectangular steel tube, with single hydraulic shock absorber. Such professional suspensions damp very well pothole strokes and at the same time assure a very good riding comfort.
The 6-speed change gear with pedal shifting is ideal for youngsters keen on off-road riding, wishing to start learning to ride on dirt roads. For people who prefer riding on asphalt roads, a Supermotard model is offered, featuring road tyres instead of grooved ones.
NEW ROOF for BLOG 125-160
For a higher comfort even in wintertime Malaguti now offers a new roof for BLOG 125-160, a new way to live the concept of second "car".
Conceived after a specific requirement from the Japanese market, the new BLOG roof has aroused lively interest in the European market as well, since it is the cheapest and most practical way to convert your scooter into a vehicle offering protection against bad weather and cold without giving up comfort and assembling practicality: the windscreen is fixed on an additional fairing fastened on the front shield with 6 screws.
The windscreen is very protective and offers an adequate protection against wind and rain. Among its highlights, high transparence and a special anti-scratch treatment. As an optional accessory, a windscreen wiper is also available, operated by a switch placed on the new fairing. The electrical connection is assured by just two clamps and a simple electrical system.
The roof is made of glass-reinforced plastic and is supported by two aluminium tubes equipped with a couple of bumpers fixed to a metal bracket which is fastened on the scooter's rear handle, thus allowing to fit the 30 litres topcase.
The use of the helmet is anyway necessary but no more misting or rain drops on the visor will disturb the rider's view.
